Shipping

HEKA Arcane Apotheca is a ONE person business, we can get quite busy with custom orders,  general orders, creating new products, home commitments and running a coven. With the holiday times being busier than usual. Our products are small batch and handmade, some products are created to order, with many made or packaged upon order purchase. Because of this there may be a slight shipping delay until the product/s are created. Sometimes it can take more than a week to have your order completed.

Our shipping days are usually Wednesday & Friday. In most cases orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days of your order purchase date. Usual ETA after shipment for you to receive your goods is 5 to 7 business days within Australia.

On occasion, your order will need to be sent in separate parcels. This could be because we don’t have a big enough box to send all items together, or to ensure its safe arrival, we need to send the items separately. If something is missing from your box, feel free to contact us.

 

International Orders

At this time, we are no longer sending orders outside of Australia. We may open orders up again for the rest of the world, in the future.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

HEKA Arcane Apotheca is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We use STANDARD Australia Post shipping. On shipment of goods, you are supplied with a tracking number, all postage has insurance up to the value of $100 for standard shipping.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate. Any orders that have been shipped to the wrong address, needing to be re-shipped will be repacked and shipped at the customers expense.

We are not responsible for any items broken during your order’s delivery journey. We always take great care package orders to ensure everything is secure and cushioned in the box, to prevent breakage. Any breakage caused by the shipping company is out of our hands. No refunds will be supplied, although we can correspond with Australia Post to help rectify the issue for you.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, we do not accept cancellations. Items purchased incorrectly cannot be exchanged.
